Jeff’s Creamy Nitro Cold Brew

Add coarse ground coffee to a container. Amount can vary by personal preference. A good starting ratio is 1:10 (e.g. for every ounces of coffee grounds add 10 ounces os water).
Add water and stir.
Steep in the refrigerator for 18 to 24 hours.
Strain the cold brew. You can use a fine mesh strainer or french press plunger. Follow up with a paper filter.
Chill the cold brew as cold as possible without freezing.
Add 15 ounces of the cold brew to a chilled Nitro infuser.
Add 1 ounce of heavy cream to Nitro infuser.
Add sweetener of choice (sugar, spenda, or other).
Seal the Nitro infuser and chard with Nitrogen.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds or more. This helps dissolve the nitrogen into the coffee quickly.
Dispense into a chilled glass and enjoy.
Note: Nitro infusers vary by brand. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and adjust the recipe as needed. There are mimimum and maximum amounts of liquid that should be used depending on the product. These guidelines enable the product to be safe while maximizing the nitro effect.
