Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 3 eggs
- 70 gr sugar
- 200 gr flour
- 10 gr baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 gr cinamonOptional
- 80 ml vegetable oil
Step 1
Cut 1 orange into quarters.
Step 2
Add 3 eggs, 70g sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Blend everything together using a blender.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: 200g flour, 10g baking powder, and spices.
Step 5
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together using a mixer.
Step 6
Butter the baking pan and pour the batter into it.
Step 7
Make a shallow line down the middle and drizzle a little oil into it.
Step 8
Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
Step 9
Juice the remaining orange.
Step 10
Once the cake is baked, pour the orange juice evenly over the top, including the sides.
Step 11
Let it rest for 20 minutes, then it’s ready to serve.
Notes and Tips
You can use an all-purpose gluten-free flour blend, or make your own mix.
For this recipe, I used 100g gluten-free all-purpose flour, 85g almond flour, and 15g tapioca starch.
